Our Mission is to provide unimpeded access to preventative and early treatment of acute illness in order to maintain patients’ health and improve their quality of life.

Our Difference:

I work for my patients. I don't work for the insurance company or the government. In other words, I don't bill your insurance for you or accept Medicaid or Medicare*. I have excised these non-medical aspects of medicine so that I may spend my time caring for my patients instead of trying to follow arbitrary, capricious, expensive, and cruel mandates from insurance and government that drive up costs, waste time, endanger health, and steal privacy. I have cut out the administrative waste.

If you’re a patient looking for better care and to cut your healthcare costs, going to Dr. Lotstein is for you.

For example; a patient sees Dr. Lotstein for a non-catastrophic reason – yearly check-up, a nagging flu, a twisted wrist, an aching stomach, etc. We bill you after the visit. You pay in full before leaving. Because doctor charges are anywhere from 25 – 50% inflated due to administrative costs caused by the health insurance industry, you’ll be paying drastically reduced rates for your medical expenses. You will pay less here than at another doctor’s office or at the Emergency Room. The average emergency-room (ER) visit in the Rand, a nonprofit think tank study, cost $570. If you have a serious, life-threatening problem, the ER is the right place to go, if you don’t, save your money and go to Dr. Lotstein. All our fees are posted in our office.

Cost savings and Benefits to patients:

  • If you don’t have insurance, Dr. Lotstein is the least expensive physician in town.
  • If you do have insurance, Dr. Lotstein spends way more time with you than anywhere else you could go and she is on time.
  • Even if you have insurance many people find themselves responsible for most, or even their entire bill because their insurance wouldn’t pay.
  • We get our labs for a discounted rate and pass that savings onto you.
  • Lab results are not reported to anyone but you.

What Services are provided?

All aspects of women or men’s health care and that about covers it from head to toe. Dr. Lotstein is a trained Internist and skilled at treating seriously ill people, but has also worked in Emergency rooms and acute-care clinics, thus being able to spot serious disease to everyday common illnesses. We, also, are equipped for small lacerations and trauma. We do physicals, immunizations, and injections. Disease management is offered for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, congestive heart failure and other chronic illnesses. We do not offer chronic pain management with narcotics.
