Recent Rafting Trip Great For Our Visiting Clients From Out-of-State

I just came back from a wild water rafting trip hosted by Salmon River Experience(SRE) of Riggins, Idaho with a group of close friends. We had the best time! We experienced two days of being "present" on the river riding the waves and getting wet.

The first day some of us more adventurous hiked a short distance to several hot mineral bathing pools being rewarded with a nice relaxing soak. Our local Yoga Master, Loretta Tye, besides massaging a few lucky individuals, led us on a brief yoga journey at beachside. Then we continued through-out the night by campfire sampling each others favorite drink and SRE provided us with plenty bottles of local aged vino and an everflowing margarita punch drink that all agreed was a killer mix.

Since we partied and made the most of the experience the first day, the group consumption of alcohol was moderated by our recovering bodies the second day of running the River and that was a good thing because the rapids were larger and I said a few, "Yippy-Ya-Yeh's" during the experience. We needed our wits just to make it through this section of the River.

So, now while blogging, I am reflecting on my experiences and I thought what a wonderful excuse for our clients/patients that come from out-of-town to have their Liposuction CoolLipo procedure done. Coming back from your rafting trip, have your procedure done and just no one knows just what you did, but by gosh, your co-workers and friends say when you get back, "You sure look good after your little rafting trip in Idaho". And guess what, you do look and feel better about yourself.
