What is a Medical Spa?

Our medical spa is a facility that operates under the full-time, on-site supervision our physicians, Dr. Sandra Lotstein & Dr. Robert Lotstein. The facility operates within the scope of their Medical training, and offer traditional, complementary, and alternative health practices and treatments that promote youthful appearance and improved self confidence in a spa-like setting. We follow professional code of ethics.

Do I need a consultation?

Educating yourself about treatments is important. All patients new to a procedure benefit from an initial consultation designed to review treatment options which suit your body and your preferences. You will receive information related to these treatments and we encourage you to ask questions. To get the results you want knowing which procedure will help you achieve your goals is a smart move.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you some time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. UltimA Medical Spa clients enjoy prompt appointments, so treatments begin and end on time.

What is your policy regarding appointments and canceling?

Please book appointments two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card, gift card or pre-paid credit. We require a 24 hour notice for date change or cancellation.

What amount should I tip for gratuities?

In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

What type of clothing should I wear?

Depending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe. Our professional staff respects your privacy and wants you to feel comfortable. Our massage therapists & technicians are trained in draping techniques that reveal only the part of the body they are working on.

What does it mean “Little to No Downtime?”

Our Medspa treatments offer fast results requiring little to no downtime. Our guests often leave feeling and looking healthier and younger right away, while experiencing little to no discomfort or after-effects of their procedures.

What is your return policy for skin care products?

Any product that has not been used can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
