Tammy Johnson

Tammy Johnson is the lady that many of you have come to know as the person that greets you with a smile upon first entering UltimA Medical Spa. She brings a friendly and nurturing approach to your skin care needs. Over the past three years she has studied skin care ingredients and has become an expert in determining what the best products are for your skin. She performs many tasks at UltimA and is an expert technician of many our medical treatments which include Intense Pulse Light Photorejuvenation for pigmentation and rosacea, Photo Dynamic Therapy for acne and skin cancer, BLU Light therapy for acne, and the New Cool Breeze™ Laser Skin Tightening & Scar procedure. Tammy has become adept at providing Microdermabrasion, Micropeels and Teeth Whitening. She is certified and assists Dr. Lotstein for UltimA’s surgical procedures which include the Silhouette Lift, Liposuction, CTEV Laser Varicose Vein Removal and the New Cool Touch’s CoolLipo Laser Lipolysis. She is an active learner and enjoys working at UltimA very much.

Tammy is happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, as she knows “looking and feeling better” brings about a whole new vitality in life. If she can make your life better, that’s her goal.

Crystal Primaky is our licensed Esthetician at UltimA Medical Spa. She specializes in the latest, cutting-edge technology skin treatments that gives you the skin you’ve always dream about. Crystal is successfully trained and certified in several skin specific procedures, techniques and equipment including that of the Cool Touch CT 3 Plus ™ Laser System and Intense Pulse Light Lasers.
